Go buy another Ltd company with a name that can be used as the same acronym
as your current company. Sell all of the contracts you want to the new
company for a nominal sum (£1). Then close down the other company and cary
on regardless. Get some tentative legal advice on this (and we are not
exactly talking Eversheds here). If they complain tell them that the other
company went out of business along with any crap you left behind. The
alternative, you could be honest with them and tell them to fuck off.
