try working public sector and you'll quickly realise some of the best
customers are the ones who take ages to pay
or in other words, the best things come to those who wait

Business that doesn't pay isn't worth having...
Cross, just about to do this to late payers who swore they wouldn't do it
again after the last time - serial late payers who can't even be bothered to
communicate or think up a good excuse are just taking the mickey and deserve
winding up orders etc.
