Oh yes you could've ... It cost me nothing (just accommodation costs for =

or 4 days whilst out there (if I remember correctly, I stayed at the =
YMCA as
well!)

Also, I don't believe I'm entirely wrong in that Concorde may have been =
a
whole lot more successful (and thus more economical) if it had been able =
to
fly a lot of the routes originally intended ... One might wonder whether
there wasn't a certain amount of sour grapes in the USA in prohibiting
supersonic flight over territorial US - I seem to recall there were big
orders for the aircraft from US carriers until that happened.
