I don't think HoTMaiL has a forwarding feature. Best thing is use an app
on a computer to do this for you.

Webmail will most likely be a browser based interface to your mailboxes.

Same as Hotmail or Gmail... i.e. your emails are held on a server and you
read and send emails thru a website rather than downloading to an email
client on your PC/Mac/ZX81.
