Illustrator uses a scratch disk(s).
So make sure the disk(s) has enough space for it to use.
Maybe even check that it has been defragged too.

Hi Danish,
Make sure that your *mysqld* server was not started with the
|--skip-networking| option. If it was, you cannot connect to it using
TCP/IP.
Or check your config files - TCP/IP isn't enabled...
