It's a part of Office (older versions) like the equation editor, the drawing
tools. ms chart etc. It's actually not part of Office anymore as you are
supposed diagrams instead, but it is still there...

It is exactly that Rich, which is how I get the most out of my layers and
transparencys. CSS validation can get stuffed ;-).
At least my HTML validated - it's a start.
My guess is it's just an alph...

computer is 16 months old MS-6788 ATX mainboard with 2 sata sockets -
according to the manual - but I haven't pulled it out of the rack to see
yet - so you think there will be cables 'in the box' wait...

No, there's no shortcut to it. The only time I can see anything to do with

You can set the content expiry date on the HTML page itself. The browser
picks up on this and refreshes by itself.
