There's no mention of top posting, they are described as "guidelines" as
well as "rules", you only ever get sent them once when you join and there
not on the freelancer website and only rule obsessed...

Rule 5 states nothing about top posting, merely deleting the
irrelevant text for clarity.

To me that sounds like a problem with there IE, are they up to date, virus
wise etc? It sounds like Internet Explorer is having a problem, update it..

I suggest converting your video to flash, its by far the best method
for videos to be viewed online.
